What is the property registration process?

Dear sir, I have a house in a village whose registration is yet to be done. I have purchased from a man who has bought the land from a registered owner and sold to me. Totally I have original land owner registration document, the middle man purchasing document, myself purchasing documents from middle man. How to proceed for registration for saving registration fee, stamp duty, transfer charges.
