What is the process to claim Tenancy Rights under Pagadi System

Dear All I have query on Tenancy Rights in Pagadi System. I want to know what is process that if there are 2 Room, Room A & Room B now both room owner want to inter change (no Sale/Purchase) just room inter change. so what is process to follow from legal point of view & also does it requires to do stamp duty & registration ? Thanks
See if you two have good relations and you are sure that you will not engage in any hassle in coming future then you can simply inter-change your rooms without any paperwork. And if this is not the condition then you both will have to contact your owner of the property and ask him to rent the said properties to both of you in the same manner prescribed by you.
