what is the procedure to purchase father SRA property?

My dad get allotment in kandivali but staying in village I want to purchased that after selling my property in mira road.what will be processed for it.I am belong to Hindu religion.
In SRA property there is a 10 years blocking period. For transferring your fathers property on your name you have to follow certain procedure in transferring the property on your name. There is minimum amount for transferring the blood relation property and nonsale agreement is required in blood relation.
