What is the procedure to make my father the second owner of a property

Hi Sir, I purchased a property (House) on my Name and I have taken 20 Lakhs loan from SBI. The property cost will be around 60 Lakhs. Every month I am paying EMI and my father is staying in that home lonely and one renter is also available. The problem is my wife brought an Injection order on that property and they are assassinating me. I don't care about my life but if anything, wrong happened my old father suffers a lot due to that I would like to register nominee as my Father. What is the process. In case of Injection order, can I transfer my property to my father name or can I write a register note saying that he is the owner my house after me. He contributed his Retirement amount in that property. I have family dispute around 2 years. If I mingle with my wife, is that injection order will expire or not. How can I make my father is the second owner of the property? I have 2 kids and I know my father will take care better than my wife. i don't like to sell the property.
