What is the procedure to cancel Sale Deed

Our housing society land in HUDA approved layout in Hyderabad was sold to some other than members on 07.01.2017 by our society secretary. We have reported the matter to the Registrar of cooperative societies. Is the sale not illegal violating rule 62 of AP Cooperative Societies Rules,1964 and void? How to cancel the sale deed? The construction work is under progress by the purchaser
Yes the said dispute comes under the purview of Rule 61 of the AP Cooperative Societies Rules,1964. Thus, the said dispute will be solved as per Rule 62 of the said Act. You will be involved in the proceedings as per Rule 62(2) of the said act.
