What is the procedure to buy a flat owned by sisters and mother.

15-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Me(Im a Female), my sisters and my mother together own a flat. Now i want to own it myself. We have came to a conclusion that I'll pay X amount to my 3 sisters each, my mother does not want a share. So what all paper work I need to do.? Will I have to do the stamp duty and registration again? will i be charged for it? Any NOC's needed? What are the steps necessary? Note: After my father passed away, my mother shud hav inherited the flat and we shud hav been the nominees but my sisters husband put our names also. While signing the Conveyance deed all 5 signs were taken.
