What is the procedure for Succession of immovable property

A unmarried Hindu Female having self acquired immovable property dies intestate leaving behind father, mother, major brother, major sister,and after few years the Father dies intestate, Question :-1) as per Hindu succession act Sec15 (1)(c)&sec16 rule1, the property shall devolve upon father and mother,and since Father died,will the surviving mother only succeed to the property , or along with mother, the brother and sister will also succeed to the property to the extent of their share ,2) still the property Khata is in the name of Demised said female owner, in whose name Khata is to be changed?

The property of the unmarried daughter devolves to her mother and father equally. Thereafter, after the death of father, his half share in the property of his deceased daughter devolves to his wife, son and living daughter equally (i.e. 1/3rd share each).
