What is the minimum agriculture land holding for getting farmer status

Sir, 1. Please guide what is the minimum agri land holding Iin other state) to be shown for getting Farmer status and subsequently buy agri land in maharashtra. Some says u require minimum of 11000 Sq. ft. while some says 16000 Sq. ft. Please confirm / guide on the exact figure. 2. If non-agriculturist buy agriculture land purely for agriculture use and building a small house (4%) in maharashtra would it be legal or he must buy land in other state as per minimum requirement mentioned in point 1 and prove himself farmer and than buy land in maharashtra. kindly note objective of utilizing such land is anyhow agriculture or horticulture / plantation or nursery ,farmhouse etc., 3. As per recent amendment vide january 1, 2016 still all this procedure is required or its done away with. Again the objective of buying such land is agri/ horti/ gardening/ plantation/ with house (4%) permissible.
