sir Wasiyat ka legal status kya he .....can other natural heir object the validity of Wasiyat in court .....revenue tehsildar in favour of Wasiyat bearer ....

Yes! A will (wasiyat) can be challenged in the Court.

But, this does not mean that the will is invalid.

Any interested person can challenge will in Court.

But, the person in whose favour the will has been executed can successfully establish the validity of the will by proving testator's signatures and by giving evidence of the witnesses who witnessed the execution of the will.

Having Tehasildar in favour does not mean that the will cannot be challenged.
