What is the effect on registry if builder changes the name of property

19-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi I have purchased a property on loan in 2008 which was registered as flat x New Shimla homes. But when I interest certificate yesterday from bank it says Ma Shimla homes and bank informed me that builder has changed society name from New Shimla homes to ma Shimla homes . Is it allowed to do so ? and what will be implications given my registry is still in name of New Shimla home.

Change of name of building do not effect the sale deed. As it's the flat you have purchased and change of name don't also effect the ownership. You will always remain the owner of the flat but go on paying the instalments never stop the same. Even the names of cities are changed its effect is on papers.
