What is my share in my maternal uncles self acquired property

Can i get share of my dead maternal uncles property which is his own not his father or mother's property .my mother also dies , and i have still one maternal uncle and one maternal mother,and how can a court divide this property in muslim religion
No you can not claim your share in the self acquired property of your maternal uncle as according to the succession law in Muslims, the self acquired property will go to the wife of your maternal uncle or his legal heirs and if there are no legal heirs in his family then the property will be inherited by you. Also, you have not stated all the facts clearly due to which I am unable to provide an authentic information regarding the scenario of division of property in your case.
