What do to if Neighbour occupies our land and changes the govt record

I have my father's agricultural land in Sardarshahar, Distt - Churu. Our north side neighbour occupied some portion of our land & now he cut the residential colony in his and as well as in our land also. Physically he did nothing in our land but by collusion with patwari he changed the naksha in jamabandi (not in chunri) and showed some portion of our land as part of his land for which we lodge a case of 420. We also hire lawyer for this. Pattergadhi/gadhbandi is to be done in coming days but there is no output on the ground satisfactorily we got from the lawyer. The neighbour didn't convert his agricultural land into the residential one and he sold approx 70 % of his land incl our occupied portion. Sir I am a defense employee and my father are at elder age so it is very difficult to manage. So pl tell in which effective manner I can get our land soon and that Bhoomafia could be behind bar.
