What can I do if my neighbour is encroaching and threatening to kill

I have a land of one khasra no. There parties bought that land. After mutual compromisation I got lower part of that land and I have given a passage of 9ft.now fellow neighbours are deneied to give any passage to me. Fellow neighbours are doing encroachment and warning my parents to kill them. U have complaint to officials but opposite party is not obeying any orders of officials. Please tell me what should I do? I am living in Aligarh and my parents are living alone in a village. Opposite party is threatening to kill my parents
