hi can i know that renting my flat on daily rental basis is legal in mumbai??
Dear Sir/Madam,
For renting your flat on a daily rental basis you will need to obtain necessary permission from the MCGM or any other competent authority in that behalf. If your flat is in a Co-operrative Society you will need to obtain permission from the society for the same. After you receive permission from the MCGM/Competent Authority your outgoings of the flat would be charged on Commercial Values.
