HI WE HAVE FAMILY HOUSE IN NASHIK ON MY LATE HUSBAND & BROTHER IN LAW NAME.I DONOT HAVE ANY PAPERS WITH ME.I AM HAVING 1 SON.WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS & HOW I WILL GET THAT AS I WANT TO SEPARATE HOUSE & MY BROTHER IN LAW IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO INVOLVE THERE.WHAT R THE DOUCUMENTS REQD.TO TRANSFER NASHIK FAMILY HOUSE .WHILE TRANSFERING ON MY NAME CAN I PARTITIOAT THAT HOUSE.MY SISTER IN LAW GIVEN NOC FOR THAT HOUSE BUT NOW THEY ARE ASKING SHARE.WHAT HAVE TO DO IN THIS SITUATION.CAN MY BROTHER IN LAW ALONE CAN TAKE ANY DECISION REGARDING HOUSE WITHOUT CONCERNING ME.THEY STARTED PUTTING MENTAL STRESS . You can inquire into the land record office regarding the title of the property. If youare able to gather enough evidence regarding the same then you can file a partition suit in the jurisdictional civil court seeking partition of the same. You will get the share of your husband in the said joint property.
