What are daughter's right in mother's property

14-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)

My grandfather Ramayya had one brother Kempanna. They had total ancestral property of 12 acres of land. Ramayya had two daughters one is my mother Manjula and Bharathi(No male childrens). After death of Ramayya all the property got mutated on the name of Kempanna and later whole property was partioned (registered) among male childrens of Kempanna in 2001. My mother Manjula has 4 childrens include Myself (Lakshmi), Usha, Jayaram and Ravi. In 2013 i had filed a suit claiming my share in the aforesaid property. whether i would get any share wrt recent supreme court order (Phulavati vs prakash)

Since Ramayya had two daugthers and if he died interstate and if the property was his self acquired property then, you shall have right in the said property. However if it is was self acquired.
