We wish to ensure equal Property division

My Father owns following property- 1. Agriculture land no-1 , size- 5 acres from ancestral property and its on my father name. 2. Agriculture land no-2 , size- 5 acres which is purchased from his elder brother during common family and afterwards transferred to my elder brother name during dividation. Now this property is on my elder brothers name. 3.Agriculture land no-3 , size- 7.5 acres which is purchased by my father on my mothers name and 2 years back he had sold 3 acres from this land. Now 4.5 acres land is on my mothers name. 4.Agriculture land no-4 , size- 7.5 acres , Purchased 1 part of 2.5 aces on my daughter name and 2 parts on my brothers 2 sons name. Main my daughter and my brothers sons are minor and brother elder son age is 17 year, younger son age is -15 years and my daughter age is 7 years. 4.Agriculture land no-5-size- 7.5 acres , My father got this land
