Hi,
I have property in my name.
If i want to add my brother as joint owner/co owner of the property what is the best way to do and how much it will cost.
You can transfer the owner ship of plot on your brothers name in various ways but before that you need to clarify the purpose for it. while doing co-owner for plot you need to do sale deed in yours brothers name.
To make your brother also a owner of that plot make gift deed for that plot and as per your wish gift him share in that plot.
By way of gift deed or sale deed you can take his name.
