Want to put injection in 7/12 land for not giving my money 43lacs

I have given a money to landlord for her daughter marriage and hence he is not paying my money so I want to put a injection in vasai court for having a land possession in writing and having a agreement power of attorney .4 agreement different amount. And i have a cheque also for security.
