WANT TO KNOW TO SELL MY PROPERTY VIA POWER OF ATTORNEY

Respected sir, i am Sankar Mukherjee from kolkata, west bengal. i want to sell my property... i am the only owner of the property... one promoter wants to buy my property through registered power of attorney... sir is this correct or incorrect ? LEGAL OR ILLEGAL ? please reply me soon sir..

If you are the only owner of the property there is no need of a power of attorney. if the promoter is trying to get a power of attorney from you to exploit the property then you need to think it twice after taking legal opinion. understanding your query I can advise you to sell your property through Sale deed, not by executing any power of attorney
