You will need to file a suit for partition of the property. The court will then determine the rightful share of the claimants in the suit property. You can also file applications for injunction to prevent that parties in possession from selling off the property or to evict you from the property if you are currently occupying any portion of it. The suit needs to be drafted carefully and all possible claimants will have to be made parties to the suit. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
