want to know legal rights for execution of a will.

My farther built the house approx. 23 year ago, at that time his brother also supported my dad in built that house. in paper my grandfather is the owner. and according to their will after grandfather's death if their is circumstances occurs in which house has to be sell out than amount will be divided 50-50. but my dad's brother never ever stayed in house and from last 10 year he and his family never visited this house. no any relative is on their contact.now i want to transfer whole house in my mother's name .is it possible ? we have death certificates of my grandfather, grandmother and my dad.

You will have to get a relinquishment deed signed by your uncle. Without getting the same, your uncle can file a suit claiming their share in the property.
