How to Apply:- Applications for mutation will have to be filed in the Offices of the concerned Revenue Inspector at the Gram Panchayat level or in the Office of the concerned Block Land & Land Reforms Officer at the Block or Panchayat Samity level.
Necessary Documents:-
An application in Prescribed Format with requisite payment of Process Fee for Mutation in court fee stamps affixed on it or in cash, a copy of the registered deed of transfer, copy of the Rent Receipt showing the payment of up to date revenue of the land in question, a declaration to the effect that in case the mutation is allowed the applicant will have no claim over the land if in future it vests in the State in any proceeding under any provisions of law.
