want to check whether sale of property is in order

Mr S makes revenue sites in his land and sells one site to X with GPA.in 1995; Y will sell this site to Mr T.in 1995 itself. In 2010, Mr S makes Gift deed for same site in favour of Y. Y tries construction in the site. T goes to court and wins. NOW z makes a compromise pays T & Y agreed sums and want to sell same site from Mr T to Mr R. and sale deed will be signed by Mr T and witness Mr Y. IS THIS TRANSACTION IN ORDER?

No this transaction is not in order. The title of the property is not clear. Due to which you could face problem in future. A clear title is essential for this purpose. Until the title is clear kindly dont sell the property or buy the property
