a boy was born on 1993 in tamilnadu .His father purchased and registered vaccant land on his boy's name in the year 1995 when he was 2 years old. Now he is a major.Can he sell that property?
The boy's father purchased the property from his own funds but merely registered it in the boy's name, maybe out of love and affection. In all fairness the boy who has become a major must seek his father's express consent to sell the house. Otherwise, he may end up facing certain legal hurdles.
