My grandfather wrote will for 3rd child stating that property belongs solely to him only.
Grandfather no mover
If your grandfather bequeathed his self- acquired property in favour of his third child by way of a Will, nothing further needs to be done for the transfer of property in the name of the beneficiary under the Will. The death certificate of the grandfather alone is sufficient to establish the title and ownership of the beneficiary.
