Validity of sale of Undivided Ancestral property by one of the heir?
21-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
A plot of land is our ancsetral land and not yet distributed amongst the son.but one of the son sold it without informing the other sons.is it legally correct
In the given situation the said sale is not a legal sale without the consent of all the brothers and sisters the sale could not have been done, and you can send a legal notice for the same or you can file a civil suit for partition in the jurisdictional civil court, you will have to file. and along with that file a suit for injunction and making the sale invalid.
