Sir, mere pita ka gorakhpur me GDA se plot lekar 2001 me makaan banwaya gya tha aur maa baad dono 2009,2010 me death kar gaye. Mai aur meri behar iske ligal davedar hai ,lekin lekhpal varasat nahi bana rahi hai. Kyunki wo kahte hain ki aapke pita Bihar se aaye they isliye aap ka certificate issue nahi hoga. Meri property per naam kaise chadhega jabki hamara Bihar me ab kuch bhi nahi hai aur Janam se hum gorakhpur me hi rahte hai.
Aapka lekhpal ka certificate banwane se inkaar karna kanoon ke khilaaf hai. Agar aapke pita ne Gorakhpur me property kharidi thi aur aap wahan ke rehne wale hain, toh aapko wahan ka varasat banwane ka poora haq hai. Aapko SDM ya Tehsildar ke office me appeal karni chahiye, jahan se aapko varasat prapat ho sakti hai. Agar wahan bhi baat nahi banti, toh aap High Court me writ petition file kar ke apne varasat ke haq ke liye kanooni kadam utha sakte hain.
