Unregistered commercial shops have blocked front of my commercial land

Hi,some 5-6 unregistered commercial shops have blocked down my front view of the commercial land (registered). Now an EU(local municipality) came to tell me ghat these shops are going to be registered permanently as per district order and have given me 6 days confidence notice to come up with any objection. What should I do now given the layout of my property clearly suggest that there is no property lying to my front face.
Gather all the documents supporting your claim and then raise a complaint mentioning your objection regarding the issue, in the same office which gave you the time of 6 days notice. Or you can file an injunction suit in the civil court.
