Under which deed should I register settlement or gift deed?

23-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello All, We are residing at a property that belongs to my dad and his 2 brothers. This property has 3 separate sale documents. My dad and his 1st elder brother have passed away. Now the 1st elder brother's family and 2nd brother (alive) are willing to register the documents to my name or my mom's name without any expectations as this house was said to belong to my dad. So under which deed should I register? Is a settlement deed possible or gift deed has to be executed?

It would be ideal get a release deed or gift settlement deed executed by your paternal uncles. The naming of the document does not matter much. Also if the property is ancestral property get a signature from the children of your uncles, the paternal cousins.
