Under the 630 of Company act 1956.
06-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
Company sued case on my father since year 2002, in year 2023 my father expired due to heartattack, disputed occupation property is government's provided property to company (acquired land), company's operational works (factory) closed in year 2007, company is a pvt managed public limited company since establishment.
I'm not attended case after my father's death. Will company do any action against me?.
The 630 of company act 1956's nature is criminal procedure behaviour or not ?.
response under the company act will be valid also the securisation act 2002 regarding your property company is pvt public land so accordingly the companies act provides the rules criminal behavior is also defined under companies act
