Under Nagar council property is still not registered on fathers name

My house is under red line.my grand father sold to my father equal share by registry.but at nagar council old registers still showing name of my grand father. My father and mother no more and GFather is alive.Does brothers of my father do any harm to properly

The purchaser of the property pays the stamp duty and registration charges. If the sale deed is duly stamped and registered, then no right, title or interest in an immoveable property can be transferred. In case of a dispute, you will not have any rights on the property if it is not registered in your name.
