under construction property cancellation after registration

I have maid payment of @ 7% for Under construction property (75% work done) and did the registration.
but within a week after registration I met an unavoidable financial crises. So I want to cancel the property purchase.
Kindly advice how I can get refund of my Stamp duty, registration amount, GST and money paid to builder.
