unconditional gift deed cancell

Sir, my father gifted a property on my name on Sep-2019 without any condition (unconditional gifted deed) thereafter he complained to RDO under senior citizen act to revoke the property, after investigation from RDO both side RDO given judgement (stating that son ready to take father's but he not ready go hence the compliant closed like false compliant( ) in favour of myself, after that my father raised compliant in RTI and they enquired only from my father and passed order in favour my father to district collector, the district collector investigated and finally said orally that the property will cancelled and register/ hand over to my father (even though I ready to maintenance or pay RS.5000 P.M. to father, he denied asks only property). Can collector cancel the property? what I supposed to do please suggest? Note: Have 3 sister, they are married and mom with me only
