There is a girl, who's parents expired when she was at the age of 6 years. since then she has been staying with her nana and nani. Now they came to know the girls parents property as well as ancestral property has been taken over by her uncles. How can she claim the property?
The grandparents of the child can file a suit for partition on behalf of child thereby seeking her share and also file a application for temporary injunction thereby seeking stay oan the property
