Uncle sold father's property how can I claim my share

25-Apr-2023 (In Property Law)

My father died in 2010 after which my uncles split the property among themselves without giving me and my mother a single penny. My mother separated from my father when I was one year old(no divorce), since then we live separately. Now my uncles have sold my father's share of property. I know that I am a legal heir to my father's property but how can I claim it. Moreover now that they have sold my father's property, what action can I take legally? and how?

It's your right on the property as you are the legal heir to the property and since no divorce was given so that shows still your relationship with your expired dad continues legally so for sure you can claim on it.for further clarification you can take appointment with me.thanx.
