Uncle filed partition case for the property in my fathers name

piecefrom Patna,Bihar. My father has purchased a piece of land in Patna on his name in 1988. My grandfather died in 1989. My father has one younger brother only. My father and uncle underwent some of the ancestor's property partition (BATWARA) in 2007 publicly. Now, my uncle is also seeking partition in that land as well which my father had earned through his wealth and on his name.Sale deed carry my father's name only. Can you please let me know, if my uncle file a case on us for disturb purpose, what will be court judgement? Please advise me all the possibilities to mitigate this problem. My uncle used to threaten us about the case.
