Uncle filed a case for his share after the distribution of property

I have family land in my village and before some days we divided it and now my cousin uncle made his house on it and now they did a court case on us that he didn't get proper property.. What can we do?

If the said property is ancestral in nature and your uncle is a co-parcener of your family then he is entitled to his share in said division for which he filed the case. However if the land is self acquired then the person who boivht the land reserves the right to transfer the property to whomever he wishes to. Now, regarding the house which he constructed, he may claim the cost of the construction of the house.
