My Uncle has forcefully constructed a house on ancestral land without my parents consent and staying there illegal. Is there any way to undo this and have equal distribution of the flat land?

If its an ancestral property you can definitely file your claim in that property and ask for your share. There are multiple ways you can file a case one is criminal and other is civil case against your uncle.
