Unable to Obtain Fair Order Copy for Filing Appeal – Need Guidance

Filed partition suit; my uncle filed implead petition which was allowed. Want to appeal but court giving only decretal order, not fair order. Filed copy application myself asking for fair & decretal order—got decretal & an Order 7 Rule 11 order, not fair order. Court staff says no fair order exists. Suspect foul play by staff/respondent’s advocate. How to get fair order and where to complain?
