Trasfer Of Ancestoral Property Rights

My father is not staying with us past 20 years. My granny not made will for the property n she died.who can get the property rights & what is the procedure for the same.

Hello, If you are the grand child of that property you file. For succession certificate in high court, and if your fathers whereabouts are not known you can submit the same in the high court and than dilute the shares and the property and claim your shares.
