Transfer of sra flat in my name which is bought before 10 years

I purchased sra flat before 10 years of completion. Now 10 years are completed and I want to change name in sra. Pls advise what is procedure.
you will have to follow the following procedure :
1. This will include a sale deed transfer;
2. The owner will need to obtain permission from the authority, an NOC to sell to you;
3. Then pay the stamp duty and the registration fees;
4. Once that is done the mutation entries will be made at the office of the sub-registrar and the transfer is complete;
