transfer of residential property between brothers by way of gift

With recent chanhes in stamp duty law in Maharashtra, I want to know the stamp duty and registration implication in case of transfer of residential property by way of gift between brothers.

If any immovable property is gifted (without consideration) to family members in relation to the stamp  duty is 2% of the total market value as applicable under article 34 Maharashtra stamp act.
