Sir , I am Mr Kamath I have a query regarding the flat which I wish to buy in sion mumbai .. in the property documents the society requires the word ‘Agreement For Transfer Of Flat ‘ instead of the word ‘Agreement For Sale ‘ What is The reason behind the society doing so ? Why don’t they write ‘agreement for sale’ ? Is the property legally safe for us to buy ? Can loan be availed for this property if there is no word such as as ‘Agreement for sale ‘ ?
