Transfer of Property in name of Daughter

My father's property was transferred to my name after my father's death in 2002. At that time there was no right to daughters in father's property. After 2005,they got equal rights. Now my sister is asking for her share. How can I transfer the property on her name now? Do I need to do registry? Or Will it be registered partition deed? Whaat kind of transfer will this be considered?
