Transfer of property gift deed from paternal uncle to nephew

Hello All. I am a resident of Mumbai .My paternal uncle who is unmarried and alive and wants to do gift deed to me as i am related to him as nephew.I am living with my parents with him since more than 30yrs.So i want to know can hsg society ask for NOC from his legal heirs /other family members for transfer of shares and membership.

You father can gift you the property, if once gifted under a registered deed cannot be questioned or objected to by family members of your uncle.
The NOC of his family members are not relevant/required in this case.
