My guru ji he dead in 2011 and he has no family member and he gifted me his Panvel (raigadh) land on stamp paper by his own handwriting in urdu language and it's notrise stamp paper how I transfer the land on my what is the procedure to do
Immovable property which is of a value of more than Rs. 100 cannot be transferred without a registered sale deed. You need to get a proper registered sale deed prepared and get it registered from the land and revenue department in your name.
