Transfer of partial ownership of person named in mother's WILL

Probate from Thane mentions only my name a beneficary of mother's will. Mother's WILL has 4 beneficaries including me. 3 beneficaries are untraceable.only I am available to claim ownership of mother's flat. I have 25% ownership .How do I transfer my name other names I am not in touch. I am the executor of mother's WILL. Court in thane only puts my name as beneficary.kindly advise how to transfer my 25% share in navi mumbai vashi

Yes, I can help. Since you are entitled to only 25% under the Will, you cannot directly transfer the remaining 75% to yourself merely because the other beneficiaries are untraceable. You can apply to the Vashi society/CIDCO or concerned authority for transmission of your 25% share using the probate, Will, death certificate and title documents. For acquiring the remaining 75%, appropriate legal/court proceedings may be required.
