Transfer of ownership from agreement of sell

I am seeking advise regarding transferring the ownership of a property to the surviving spouse for which the following papers are available: 1. Agreement of sell (held by surviving spouse) 2. Power of attorney (this belongs to the deceased spouse)

You can successfully transfer the property in the name of the surviving spouse on the basis of Power of Attorney. The agreement of sell can also be registered. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
