Transfer of money from bank account of deceased to adopted kid account

My mother's bhuaji has died and left some of the money in her bank account. There was no nominee for my mother's bhuaji account, but my mother is adopted child of bhuaji because she herself has no child. So now how we can claim the remaining money in bank account because my mom is legally adopted child

if you have registered adopted deed then you will apply to succecion certificate from the District Judge. after apply to the application you have to go all process of the application then after decied this application by the District Magistrate and you have to take order of the succecion certificate. after that you will submit the order to the bank and claim to the deposited money.
